Ingredients:
- 1 bread (Slices)
- 3 Table spoons Curd
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 Tea spoon Garlic paste
- ½ tea spoon Red chillies powder
- As per taste Salt
- 1 piece finely chopped green chillies
- 50 gm finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 piece finely chopped onions
- 1 piece finely cut tomatoes (small pieces)
- Oil for frying
Steps:
Take a bowl and break the bread slices into small pieces. Then add curd, ginger and garlic paste,salt,chillies powder, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Mix and Mash all the ingredients with hand, it should be nice dough, so that you can give a good shape to it. If mixture is dry, add some more curd to it. Leave this formarinating.
Then shape them as tikkie (round patty). Finally heat oil in frying pan and fry them till they turn golden brown in colour.
Serve with any kind of chutney or for a twist with fresh cream and ketchup.
