Ingredients:
- Coconut, grated 2 cups
- Milk, hot 2 cups
- Cardamom powder 2 tsps.
- Ghee 2 tbsps.
- Sugar 1½ cup
- Kopra Pak
Steps:
Heat a pan, add the grated coconut and hot milk.
Keep stirring till all the milk has evaporated.
Then add the sugar, stir at regular intervals and when the mixtures starts sticking to the pan, add the ghee.
Stir again, then add the cardamom powder and empty this into a flat thali.
Cool, cut and serve.
