Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup fresh coconut ( grated)
- 1 cup semolina (suji)
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 cup caster sugar
- Pistachio for garnishing
Steps:
Roast semolina till it turns light brown, take it out and keep aside.
Add 1 cup grated coconut to the semolina.
Empty the condensed milk into nonstick pan. Add coconut and semolina to it stirring continuously. Mix well till it becomes thick. Let it cool and make small balls.
Roll the ladoo in the dry coconut and chopped pistachio. Refrigerate them till firm.
