Ingredients:
- 2/3 Cup Plain low fat Yogurt
- 2/3 Cup Cold Water
- 2-3 Tablespoon Sugar (depending how sweet you want)
- 2 -3 Ice Cubes
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
Steps:
Spoon the yogurt into a blender. Add 3 table spoon of the sugar to the yogurt.
Add ice and cardamom powder and blend until the yogurt mixture is smooth and frothy.
Add more sugar if you want a sweeter drink.
Pour into tall glasses, garnish with cherry or fruit of choice and serve cold.
