Ingredients:
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp tamarind juice
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled
- 1 cup Kabul chana, boiled
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ cup red cabbage
- ½ cup chicken, boiled
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup chopped apple
- ½ cup Salad leaves and small tomatoes to garnish
- 1 cup papdi crisps to sprinkle on top for a twist
Steps:
In a large mixing bowl take chaat masala, powder, tamarind juice and green chillies. Mix well along with some salt according to taste.
Mash potatoes coarsely into this bowl. Also mix chana, chicken, red cabbage, cucumber, onions and apple. Mix well.
Garnish with chopped salad leaves and red small tomatoes.
Sprinkle papdi crisps for a twist on top and serve.
