Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- ¼ cup assorted olives (for a twist)
- 1 tablespoon fresh green onion
- salt and pepper
Steps:
Whip eggs and milk together. Add in rest of ingredients.
Pour into round casserole dish –> or pie dish.
Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
