Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil (infused with garlic)
- 2 tbsp herbes de provence
Steps:
Simmer balsamic vinegar until it has reduced by two-thirds. Add honey, stir until thoroughly mixed. Then add butter, 1 tablespoons at a time, and mix until dissolved and velvety before adding the next tablespoon of butter.
While sauce is simmering, grill the chicken. For indoors, use a cast iron, for outdoors, use a barbecue grill.
Spray chicken with a garlic olive oil and top with a sprinkle of Herbs de Provence on each piece. Grill until cooked thoroughly.
Serve with brown rice.
