Ingredients:
- 1 litre Milk
- 1 cup vermicelli (thick one)
- 2 tbsp corn flour or custard powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pineapple
- 3 Banana
- 1 Mango
- 1 cup Condensed Milk
- Cream
- Jelly different colors
- 1 tbsp oil
- Pistachio for garnish
- silver leaves (optional)
Steps:
Make jelly as per instructions and put in refrigerator to set.
Heat oil and fry vermicelli till slight brown.
Put boiled milk in it and cook on low flame for a while then add sugar cook till vermicelli changes color.
In a little milk dissolve custard powder or corn flour pour in vermicelli stirring continuously.
First let it cool in room temperature then refrigerate it .
Before serving mix condensed milk and cream slightly and add in fruit chunks and pour over the dessert.
Garnish with pistachio, jelly and silver leaves.
