Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups Raspberries (1 cup to blend and other to garnish)
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cups fresh lemon juice
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Steps:
Combine sugar, water and raspberries in a blender; pulse 10 times or until well blended.
Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a large pitcher; discard solids.
Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Serve immediately over ice.
Garnish each glass with a fresh raspberry and a mint leaf.
