Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked turkey meat with salt and pepper as per taste (shredded)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 Garlic chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom
- 8 ounce of cube cheddar cheese
- 8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups mashed potatoes with salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 tomato sliced, for garnishing
- Few mint leaves, for garnishing
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease the baking dish and Place the shredded turkey in an even layer on baking dish. Top with a layer of onion and garlic. Pour the condensed soup over the onion layer, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Stir together the cubed cheese and mashed potatoes; spoon over the top of the casserole, and spread to cover. Garnish with tomato slices, shredded cheese and mint leaves.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until heated through.
